Introduction of multi chip saw maintenance method for log saws

The log multiple sawing manufacturers say that the maintenance method of log multi sawing has the following points:
1: At present, most of the mechanical components used in circular wood saw are made of iron. If not properly kept, it is easy to rust. Therefore, iron parts should be removed in winter, clean, coated with anti-rust paint, stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse.
2: in the mechanical feeding and discharging department, there are wooden raw materials which are easy to mold after damp. Therefore, circular wood saws and square wood saws should be washed and dried before storage, coated with tung oil, and then placed in a ventilated and dry place.
3: if the rubber parts are moistened or stained with oil, it will be easy to crack and shorten the service life. Therefore, the triangular belt or plain tape on the roller of a round saw or square saw should be removed, hung on a wall or placed in a dry, ventilated place. During the period of mechanical storage and parking, jacks or bricks are used to lift the mechanical front and rear axles so that the tires leave the ground and do not bear the load, but to connect the appropriate air pressure.
4: Electric motor is the power supply device, but also the most critical component, if the electrical idea is not used for a long time, should be placed in a dry, ventilated, clean warehouse. If the electric idea is put together with pesticides and fertilizers, or on wet mud ground or easily wet by rain, the electric idea will be damped, the internal insulation function will decline, easy to cause short circuit, iron, leakage, or even burn out the coil.
